Shipping & Security Policy. We have updated our shipping policy to give you the best and cheapest option to get your products. We offer ground flat rate shipping option for Continental USA, neither the amount of items* (*Some products may have an extra shipping charge due to size and weight( over 30lbs) and don't qualify for the Flat Rate method - chairs, all type of ladders, tables, coolers, crab traps, anchors, large leads, etc. We will contact you if one of these items is in your order.)

Ground Flat Rate $8.99. We still keep the Ground Shipping option so you can compare and choose your best method of shipping.

If you are shipping to AK,AS,CZ,GU,HI,MP,PR,VI,AP,AE,AA,FP you must choose USPS Priority Mail as shipping method to get a proper shipping rate

To deter credit card fraud and identity theft and protect our customers. On orders over $200.00, we ONLY ship to your billing address. The billing address is the address your bank has on file and the address to which your bank mails your monthly statements. If you need your order to be shipped to a different address we need to be able to verify your identity and validate your order prior to shipping it. If your are shipping to a different address use PayPal if that address is verified with PayPal. Contact us for more information.

We will ship to a USA address provided at the time of checkout. You must supply complete address information including a telephone number and the address that can be verified and match the billing address.

We don't ship to international directly from the website but you can call or email us to get the best option/cost to get your order delivered. All international orders must be paid by PayPal or a wire transfer. We do not ship to Freight Forward Companies or PO Boxes unless we are able to verify identity and validate your payment. Therefore your order will be cancelled if the USA address destination is a freight forward companies or a PO Box. Call us to help you process your order and for more information.

If verification is needed We will contact you via email or phone. PayPal accounts with addresses not verified or Status not verified will be verified by phone. If no answer is received after 48 hours of first attempt of contact your order will be cancelled. If payment was done by PAYPAL your money will be refunded to your account.

An adult signature is required for all orders over $100.00 dollars upon receipt.

If you chose "Pick-up at Miami Store" as a shipping method we will contact us to let you know products availability and order status. We can not guarantee that all the products ordered will be in stock at the store. We do not fill store pick-up orders on weekends, they will not be processed until Monday.

Crook & Crook, Inc  reserves the right to adjust your shipping rate at any time to correct any discrepancies. We will inform you about any changes in the shipping rate prior to ship your order for your approval.

We encourage you to enter your credit card number on our secure order form.
We do not ship COD orders. 
When using coupons, please enter the coupon number in the appropriate field in the order form to have your discount calculated automatically.

Government Agencies:
If you are purchasing products for Government Agencies, please fax your purchase order to (305)854-2474, and someone from our sales team will contact you. You can also place your order over the phone at 888-770-7666. Monday to Friday from 8AM to 5:00PM EST and then fax your purchase order in.

Shipping:
Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of being placed. Delivery can take anywhere from two to ten working days, depending on your location and the shipping method you select. Excluded from this time window are international orders and any packages that must be sent via a shipper other than  Fedex or US Postal Service or common carrier.

Domestic: We use Fedex, Priority Mail and First Class Mail for all domestic shipments. Shipping charges are calculated automatically before order is placed. If you live in Florida 7% sales tax will be added to your order. All shipments are insured.

Next Day Shipping: Your order will be shipped the next business day for delivery the following business day. To qualify for next day delivery,your order must be placed and your credit card authorized by 1:00 PM EST. We cannot offer Next Day Shipping during weekends or holidays. No refunds on expedited shipping charges when FedEX issues an alert due to weather delaying delivery of these shipments. We will notify you if we see the alert before your order is processed.

Second Day Air Shipping: Your order will be shipped the next business day for scheduled delivery in two business days.To qualify for Second Day Air Shipping, your order must be placed and your credit card authorized by 1:00  PM EST. We cannot offer Second Day Air Shipping during weekends or holidays. No refunds on expedited shipping charges when FedEX issues an alert due to weather delaying delivery of these shipments. We will notify you if we receive the alert before your order is processed.

Standard Ground Shipping: Your order will be shipped next business day for scheduled delivery in two to ten business days (not including holidays and weekends). To qualify for scheduled delivery, your order must be placed and your credit card authorized by 1:00 PM EST.

International: We do not ship international. We do not ship rods, outriggers and bulk items overseas.

Warranty and Returns:
If you are not satisfied for any reason you may return unused items in the original box with all accessories within 14 days for an exchange or a refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. Items that are returned in unsellable condition, or are missing parts will be charged a restocking fee at our discretion. We cannot accept items returned after 30 days. All returns must be insured and postage prepaid. Please, clearly print / type your name and address on the outside of the package. Merchandise must include a copy of our invoice or packing slip. All returned items must be in new condition with all unused accessories and in original carton. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Contact the manufacturer for all warranties in electronics and electric products, we will honor the manufacturer's warranties on all other products.
