Crook and Crook is committed to respecting and safeguarding your privacy.  The purpose of this privacy policy is to inform you what information we may collect from you, how we may use that information, and the choices available to you regarding our use of your information.  

When placing an order on our Web Store, we will need to collect pertinent information for the processing of your order.  This will include, but may not be limited to, your name, shipping/billing address, telephone number/s, email address, credit card information, birth date, etc.  We may also maintain a record of your previous purchases.  The choice to provide your personal information is completely yours.  However, if you choose not to provide the information requested, we may not be able to complete your purchase.  Should we need to contact you via phone or email regarding your order, and are unable to reach you, your transaction may be cancelled. 

We will use the personal information you provide for our internal purposes such as confirming your order, providing tracking information, and sending information regarding new products, services and promotional offers that may be of interest to you.  If you prefer not to receive product or promotional information from us, please let us know by calling us at 305-854-0005 or email us at sales@crookandcrook.com.  Please be sure to include your email address, mailing address, full name and specify what information you would prefer not to receive and we will gladly remove you from any future digital mailings. 

Crook and Crook utilizes third party web beacons from Google Ad Words to help analyze visitor traffic while visiting our website.  Google may also use anonymous information about your visits to our website, as well as other websites, to provide advertisements about those products and services believed to be of interest to you.  In general, you can visit our web site without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself. We may track the Internet domain address from which people visit us and analyze this data for trends and statistics, but individual users will remain anonymous, unless you voluntarily tell us who you are.

Although unlikely, in certain instances we may disclose your personal information when we have reason to believe that it is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against persons or entities who may be causing injury to you, Crook and Crook or to others. We may also disclose your personal information when we believe the law requires it.
