Shipping & Security Policy:
We have updated our shipping policy to give you the best option to get your products. We offer ground flat rate and free shipping (above $99) options for the continental United States. Please note that some products do not qualify for Flat Rate or Free Delivery due to size and/or weight (e.g. chairs, ladders, coolers, crab traps, anchors, large leads, etc.). We will contact you if one of these items is in your order. All orders will be processed between Monday and Friday from 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM EST.
We offer free shipping for most orders above $99.
If you are shipping to AK, AS, CZ, GU, HI, MP, PR, VI, AP, AE, AA, or FP you must choose USPS Priority Mail as the shipping method to get a proper shipping rate or incur higher charges from other shipping companies.
An adult signature is required for all orders over $100.00 upon receipt.
We will only ship to the billing address provided at the time of checkout within the continental United States. The billing address is the address your bank has on file. If you need your order to be shipped to a different address, we need to be able to verify your identity and validate your order prior to shipping.
We do not ship C.O.D. orders.
We do not ship internationally directly from the website, but you can call or email us to get your order processed. All international orders must be paid via PayPal or wire transfer. We do not ship to Freight Forward Companies unless we are able to verify the purchaser's identity and validate your payment. We are not responsible for any complications, due taxes or fees associated with countries outside the United States.
We will not ship to a P.O. Box (excluding Puerto Rico).
If verification is needed, we will contact you via email or phone. If no answer is received after 48 hours of the initial attempt of verification, your order will be cancelled, and charges refunded.
Most orders are ship within 48 hours of being placed. Delivery can take anywhere from two to ten working days, depending on your location and the shipping method you select. Excluded from this time window are international orders and any packages that must be sent via a shipper other than FedEx or USPS.
We use FedEx and USPS for all domestic shipments. Shipping charges are calculated automatically before your order is placed. If you live in Florida, a 7% sales tax will be added to your order.
Next Day/Express Shipping
Your order will be shipped the next business day for delivery or the same day if both the product is available and the order is placed before 11:00 AM EST. We cannot offer Next Day/Express Shipping during weekends or holidays. No refunds on expedited shipping charges when FedEx issues an alert due to weather delaying delivery of these shipments. We will notify you if we see the alert before your order is processed.
Second Day Air Shipping
Your order will be shipped the next business day for scheduled delivery in two business days. To qualify for Second Day Air Shipping, your order must be placed, and your credit card authorized by 11:00 AM EST. We cannot offer Second Day Air Shipping during weekends or holidays. No refunds on expedited shipping charges when FedEx issues an alert due to weather delaying delivery of these shipments. We will notify you if we receive the alert before your order is processed.
Standard Ground Shipping
Your order will be shipped next business day for scheduled delivery in two to ten business days (not including holidays and weekends). To qualify for scheduled delivery, your order must be placed, and your credit card authorized by 1:00 PM EST.
We do not ship outriggers or bulk items overseas.
If you elect to pick up your order at our store, we will contact you with the products availability and order status. We cannot guarantee that all the products ordered will be in stock at the time of ordering. We do not fill store pick-up orders on weekends, they will not be processed until Monday. I.D. is required for in-store pick-up.
