Shipping Policy
Store Pick-Up
If you are in or expect to be in our area and would like to pick up your order at our store, please feel free to do so. We will contact you when your order has been completed and is ready for pick up. While we cannot guarantee that all products in your order will be in stock at time of ordering, we can notify you upon completion of your order. Any orders that are picked up from our Miami location will require proof of I.D. matching the billing address used to process the payment. We withhold the right to refuse release of the order without proper identification at the time of collection. In-store pick up orders are processed only Monday through Fridays.
Shipping
We offer various methods for the shipment of your order. Most in-stock items will be shipped the same day if the order is received by 12pm EST Monday through Friday. Most orders not requiring special handling** will be processed Monday thru Friday 9am to 4pm EST for a flat rate of $14.99 with totals up to $199.99. Most orders will ship within 48 hours of your order being received. Delivery can take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days depending of your location and preferred shipping method. Crook & Crook relinquishes all responsibility for orders that have been processed and taken off premises by courier. Any incident occurring under the possession of the courier (e.g. theft or damage) will be the sole responsibility of said courier to reimburse the customer appropriately. Crook & Crook is not responsible for any delay in shippment once the order has left our store. International orders or packages sent via a shipper other than FedEx or USPS may take longer to reach their desired destination.
Crook and Crook will only ship orders to the billing address on the credit card used for payment. Please note there could be instances in which we may require additional information from you before processing your order to confirm validity. If for any reason your order requires further verification prior to completion, we will contact you via the phone or email provided with your order. If for any reason we are unable to reach you within 48 hours of your order being placed, the order will be cancelled and all charges refunded. If your order is to be shipped to an address different than the billing address on the credit card used for payment, please contact our Web department from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm for proper processing of your order at 305-854-0005 and ask for the Web Department.
Please be advised we will not ship any orders C.O.D or to a P.O. Box (with carriers other than USPS). All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping and be sent to a physical address.
Some items might require set delivery charges due to size or weight limitations**. Other carriers (e.g. Fed Ex, USPS) can provide expidited delivery services at additional costs to the discretion of the purchaser.
PROMOTIONAL OFFER: ORDERS IN EXCESS OF $200.00*
For orders in excess of $200.00 (excluding special shipping fees) we provide free shipping within the contiguous 48 states in the USA while this offer is available. This does not include Saturday delivery. If you are shipping to Alaska or non-continental US Territories, free shipping will not be available and shipping charges may vary.
**: Please be advised that any oversize or bulky items such as, but not limited to, fishing rods, gaffs, antennas, coolers, anchors, crab traps, etc. and multiple package shipments may require additional charges. *Crook and Crook reserves the right to modify or remove this offer at anytime without prior notice.*
International Orders
When placing orders to be shipped outside of the continental US, please call us at 305-854-0005 or email us at shopify@crookandcrook.com for proper and prompt processing of your order. All international orders must be paid via PayPal or Wire Transfer. We will ship to the Freight Forwarder of your choice once the transaction has been verified and payment has been received. Please be advised you will be responsible for any additional customs handling fees, duties and/or taxes. If any international order is refused upon delivery for any reason, any and all additional customs and duty charges will be your responsibility. Once a package enters a country these charges are not reversible whether the package is delivered to you or not. Please be aware of all possible related charges before ordering.
Domestic Orders
Crook and Crook uses FedEx and USPS for all domestic shipments. The amount of shipping charges will be calculated automatically before your order is placed. For customers residing in the state of Florida, the 7% sales tax will be included in your order.
STANDARD GROUND: Orders will be shipped next business day for delivery based on weight and dimensions within 2 to 10 business days, excluding holidays and weekends.
NEXT DAY/EXPRESS: Orders will be sent via shipping method that estimates next business day delivery if the product is in stock and the order is received and approved by 12pm. Next Day/Express shipping may exclude weekends and holidays. No refunds will be issued for expedited shipping charges due to inclement weather prohibiting delivery of the package by the carrier.
SECOND DAY AIR: Orders will be sent via shipping method that estimates 2 business days in-transit, weekends and holidays may be excluded. Orders must be received and approved by 12PM. No refunds will be issued for expedited shipping charges due to inclement weather prohibiting delivery of the package by the carrier.
