Returns and Warranty Policy
If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return unused items in the original packaging, with all accessories, within 14 days for an exchange or a refund. A refund will be processed in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving the ordered item(s).
Items that are returned past 14 days, in unsellable condition, or are missing parts will be charged a restocking fee at our discretion. Items that appear to have been used do not qualify for a refund and will be returned to the customer. We cannot accept items returned after 30 days.
All returns must be insured and postage prepaid. Please, clearly display your name and address on the outside of the package. Merchandise must include a copy of our invoice or packing slip. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Contact the manufacturer for defective products, and all warranties in electronics and electric products. We will honor the manufacturer's warranties on all other products.
