PACER MARINE Boat Cable 6 AWG/2 COND 600v BC-5W2 100ft Spool
Duplex Boat Cable is a type of multi conductor boat cable used in DC circuits as well as low voltage AC applications. Pacer Group manufactures 6 AWG Duplex boat cable in house in Sarasota, FL USA to ensure the highest level of quality. It begins with finely stranded, Type III tinned copper conductors. These conductors allow for maximum flexibility while helping to prevent corrosion.
The PVC jacket helps 6 AWG Duplex Boat Cable with flexibility and prevents moisture or air build up. How does it do that? Well, during the extrusion process, the voids between wires are completely filled. This leaves no room for air or moisture to accumulate. To make installation easier, a talcum powder coating is applied to the interior wires. This coating allows for easy removal of the outer jacket. Just another reason 6 AWG Duplex boat cable is ideal for marine usage.
