The incredibly tough tubular E-glass rod blank with a solid glass tip withstands the strain of big, hard-fighting fish. A non-corrosive aluminum Seaguide® HBS reel seat keeps reels firmly secured during battle. Aluminum gimbals and PacBay® aluminum butt sections provide considerable advantage in keeping the rod butt solidly planted during prolonged battles. Non-slip EVA grips withstand long days under the sun and saltwater spray while still providing a secure hold.
